Terms of stay
Welcome to our accommodation in Lefkada. We kindly ask all guests to read the following terms carefully, as they are designed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone.
Check-in is available from 14:00 onwards, while check-out must be completed by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon availability and prior communication.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed. In case of cancellation, the deposit may be non-refundable depending on the cancellation policy agreed at the time of booking.
Guests are kindly requested to respect the property, the furnishings, and the surrounding environment. Any damages caused during the stay may result in additional charges.
Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 08:00. We ask all guests to respect other visitors and the neighborhood.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. It is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement with the management.
Cleaning service, will be carried out according to the accommodation schedule. Guests are expected to maintain basic cleanliness during their stay.
The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay in case of violation of the above terms.

Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION TERMS
We understand that your plans may change. In this case, the following applies:
The 30% deposit is refunded if you cancel your reservation more than 20 days before your arrival date.
If you cancel your reservation less than 20 days from your arrival date, your deposit will be retained by us.
If the cancellation takes place on the same day of your arrival (non-show), 100% of the reservation value is required.
Early departure: 50% of the remaining (not made) stay will be charged.
